Guided tours 10 am to noon, scheduled at least a day ahead.
What you can do
- Take a guided tour of the three shrine rooms
- See the Guru Rinpoche shrine hall and valley views from the upper floors
Etiquette
- Call and leave a message, or email, at least a day before
- The temple sits on a private retreat land. Come only for a scheduled tour
- The 1-mile road is steep and rocky. AWD or 4WD is required, or ask for a ride up
- Winter weather may change the tour schedule
